With no multi-year lock-in contracts, you can rent with convenience while working alongside Melbourne’s most ambitious entrepreneurs.
We provide a range of individually secure warehouse and storage facilities, ranging from 10.5m2 up to 350m2+. We also offer private offices for 1 to 10+ person teams. Whether office or warehouse, every space can be designed to suit your style, processes and logistics.

What if I grow out of my space?
We understand that great business ideas can take off quickly! If you feel like you’re growing out of your office or warehouse, we’ll work with you to find a suitable upgrade.
What type of internet connection is available?
We supply uncontended fibre optic internet with capable speeds of up to 1000/1000Mbps. You will also have your own private VLAN and unique user credentials for each team member for added security.
What are the payment terms?
You can choose to have your monthly invoice debited from your nominated account every month. We’ll grab your bank details at the start of your agreement with us. No matter your term, we’ll invoice you on or around the 20th of each month.
Are all couriers welcome?
We have a partnership with Australia Post to offer exclusive rates and daily pickups, however members are welcome to use any courier of their choosing.
James brings a wealth of hospitality experience and a strong entrepreneurial drive, having successfully owned and managed multiple venues across Melbourne. A Bayside local with a young family, he recently joined our team as the Site Manager for Moorabbin.
