In addition, if you choose to work from one of our open desk spaces others around you may become aware of personal information. It is your responsibility to take steps to manage the privacy of information that you share in our collective space.This policy does not apply to information that becomes available to others in the course of using our facility, this policy only relates to the information that CLIK Collective obtains.

We use your Drivers Licence to verify your identify for safety and legal reasons. We will also use your information to communicate with you and to respond to any inquiries that you may have. We may email you information about our facility and our services, but if you do not want to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We will only disclose your information as required to provide our services or as required by law. At times we will disclose information about our tenants and licensees to our business advisors, however this information will generally be unidentified and will be in an aggregated form. We will not disclose your information to any entity based overseas and we do not sell or exchange customer information with any third parties.
