People often communicate personal information in conversations with others. In addition, if you choose to work from one of our open desk spaces others around you may become aware of personal information. It is your responsibility to take steps to manage the privacy of information that you share in our collective space.This policy does not apply to information that becomes available to others in the course of using our facility, this policy only relates to the information that CLIK Collective obtains.

How do we collect personal information?

We will generally only collect information provided to us directly by you when making an inquiry with us, or when using our facility. We will not seek information from third parties, unless it is necessary, for example:

  • We need to contact you for purposes related to your use of our facility
  • There is a medical emergency and you are unable to communicate
  • We are otherwise required by law.

We also collect information through our website such as when you contact us with an
inquiry. We may also obtain information about visitors to our website, but this information is generally in a deidentified form.

All licensees are required to provide us with the contact details of a third party. We will only use this information in the case of an emergency or if we otherwise can’t contact the licensee.

What do we do with your personal information?

We use your information first and foremost to provide our services to you, including processing your payment, maintaining our records, and dealing with your mail or visitors.
We use your Drivers Licence to verify your identify for safety and legal reasons. We will also use your information to communicate with you and to respond to any inquiries that you may have. We may email you information about our facility and our services, but if you do not want to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Do we disclose your information?

We will only disclose your information as required to provide our services or as required by law. At times we will disclose information about our tenants and licensees to our business advisors, however this information will generally be unidentified and will be in an aggregated form. We will not disclose your information to any entity based overseas and we do not sell or exchange customer information with any third parties.

Yes, you are entitled to access your personal information held by us. We are also required to hold information that is accurate and complete so please notify us of any changes to your information.
